How to choose the configuration of the [FRP bridge]
The width and height of the glass fiber reinforced plastic bridge are selected according to the following table, and should meet the true charging rate of the cable, and not exceed the relevant standard specifications. Power cables can occupy 40-50%, control cables can occupy 50-70%, and the remaining 10-25% of the process development margin. The specifications of various elbows and accessories should meet the project layout conditions and be used in conjunction with the bridge. The selection of the bracket and hanger specifications should be configured according to the bridge specifications, the number of floors and the span. And should meet the load requirements.
FRP bridge brackets and hangers, indoor brackets and short span configurations are generally 1.5-3m. The span of outdoor columns is generally 6 meters. The support and hanger configuration of the non-linear section follows the following principles. When the bridge width is less than 300mm, from the intersection of the non-linear section and the straight line 300-600m, branches and hangers are placed on one side of the straight line. When the bridge width> 300mm, in addition to the following conditions, branches and hangers should be added in the middle of the non-linear section. When FRP bridges are installed in multiple floors, the center distances are 200, 250, 300 and 350 mm. The straight section of the bridge should be kept 20-30 mm (metal bridge) every 50 meters.
